Rich Visions hosted a Leadership and Management training programme which consisted of 4 days training spread over 4 weeks.  There were a total of 76 businesses that went through this programme.  The 4 weeks were based on Passion, Planning, Profit and PR & Publicity.

The graduation marked the end of the course and had 20 businesses in attendance.  The business sectors were charities, catering, media, beauty, jewellery, coaching and mentoring to mention a few.

It was an evening of championing, inspiring, and motivating all of those that attended the course. We had some stimulating speakers: Ms Mavis Amankwah Rich Visions Managing Director (MD) who thanked the delegates for taking part in the course, Adaobi Iwenofu Editor-in-Chief of DivaScribe Magazine and Bernard Kingsley Annoh an Entrepreneur, Investor and Motivator who both gave motivational speeches and also congratulated all of the delegates on their achievements and George Ruddock acting CEO for the Voice Newspaper who gave a more in-depth speech about his career and the fact that he has been working within the media industry for many years totalling thirty.

The evening was not just about celebrating and congratulating but also about showcasing how other strategies can be proved effective and beneficial for business. Ishmail Omar Social Media Assistant for Rich Visions gave a relaxed but insightful speech about his role at Rich Visions and how business owners can make social media work for them. Rich Visions have introduced new one to one social media training courses for 3 hours for just £99 and 10% off for members of Diva Visions and Promote My Biz Club. Ms Isaac went on to say, ‘A lot of people echoed how they had seen changes within their businesses which is great because this was the aim and objective of why Rich Visions wanted to conduct such a course for our clients. It really helped people develop and everyone genuinely seemed happy and proud of themselves’.

Lorna Stewart, Founder/Director of Black 100+ Exhibitions, Legacies and Development Programmes said, ‘The graduation was an excellent event and I thoroughly enjoyed myself.  My thanks to your entire team for organising such a splendid and positively memorable ceremony’

Melissa Isaac, Organiser for the event was delighted by the turnout and quotes, ‘The speeches that people made about the course were fulfilling. One lady mentioned that since doing the course she now trades like its Christmas due to the changes that she has made to how she works.’

On the day the attendees were full of life and cheerful. There was networking, drinks were flowing and all of the delegates had a lot of great things to say about Rich Visions and the course.
